Research-Use-Only Products

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, opened or used items are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

We can attempt to cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
