Institutional accounts can pay by ACH, wire, or purchase order. Individual researchers can pay by direct bank transfer or by stablecoin. Contact our support team to set up terms for repeat-order laboratories.
Institutional and Direct-Settle Options
Most of our customers are academic labs, contract research organizations, and independent researchers. We default to the payment methods laboratories already use for reagent procurement — ACH, wire, and institutional POs — with direct bank transfer and stablecoin available for smaller orders.

Paying by Zelle (Easiest)
Zelle is built into most major US bank apps (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, and more). It's free, instant, and secure.
- Place your order and select Zelle at checkout.
- You'll see your order total and a unique order number on the confirmation screen.
- Open your bank's mobile app and go to Send Money with Zelle.
- Send the order total to:payments@ribocore.com
- In the memo / note field, enter your order number (e.g.,
RC-12345). This is how we match your payment to your order. - We'll verify the payment and ship your order — usually within a few hours on business days.
Tip: Zelle transfers typically arrive within a few minutes. If your bank flags a first-time recipient, you may need to confirm the transfer before it goes through.
Paying with Digital Currency
Digital currency (also called "crypto") works like a digital version of cash. You send it directly from your wallet to ours. We recommend USDT on the TRON network — it's pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, so the amount never changes in value, and transfers cost about $1.
Never used crypto before? Start here.
- Create a Coinbase account at coinbase.com. Verification takes a few minutes with your driver's license.
- Link your bank account and deposit the amount you want to spend, plus a few dollars for network fees.
- Buy USDT (Tether) on the TRON network. Coinbase will ask you to confirm the network — choose TRON (not Ethereum) to keep fees low.
- Place your order on RiboCore and select Pay with Crypto.
- You'll see a payment screen with an address and QR code. Copy the address or scan the QR in Coinbase's Send flow.
- Send the exact amount shown. Confirmation takes about 3 seconds on TRON, and your order is marked paid automatically.
Already have crypto?
Just select Pay with Crypto at checkout, pick your coin (USDT, USDC, BTC, or ETH), and follow the payment instructions. Any wallet that supports the network works — Coinbase, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Phantom, etc.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is paying by Zelle or crypto safe?
Yes. Zelle is backed by your bank — the same consumer protections apply. Crypto transactions are publicly verifiable on the blockchain and settle in seconds, so there's no risk of a chargeback or reversal surprise.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Email support@ribocore.com immediately with your order number. If you overpaid, we'll refund the difference. If you underpaid, we'll hold your order and let you send the rest.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Crypto payments are confirmed automatically and orders are queued for fulfillment immediately. Zelle payments are typically verified within a few hours on business days. See our shipping policy for processing times.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Card processing is being onboarded for qualified institutional accounts. In the interim, ACH, wire, direct bank transfer, and stablecoin cover the same use cases with lower settlement costs and faster reconciliation.
What if I need to return my order?
See our standard return policy. Refunds are issued using the same method as your original payment — Zelle refunds return to your bank, and crypto refunds return to the wallet you paid from.
